  • Return Window: We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received itβ€”unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at DREAMMARTHUB@gmail.com immediately with a photo/video of the product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care goods, beauty products, and sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: For returns not related to damage (size issues/change of mind), a nominal reverse-shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
