At Dreammarthub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement if:
✅ The product is damaged during transit
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product is defective or not working properly
✅ Important parts or accessories are missing
✅ The product is significantly different from the description on our website
Return/Replacement Window
- Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Customers should provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification.
- Our support team will review the request within 24–48 business hours.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:
- Personal care and grooming products
- Innerwear and hygiene-related items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories
Replacement Process
- Submit a request through our customer support team.
- Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, our courier partner may arrange a pickup.
- After quality verification, a replacement will be shipped.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only when a replacement is unavailable.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.
- Dreammarthub reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
